Strut to Success, Inc.

Strut to Success, Inc. is a Bloomington-based nonprofit dedicated to mentorship, wellness, and community. Founded with the belief that every woman deserves the confidence to strut into her future, our flagship program — the Patent Leather Pump Mentorship Program — pairs education and empowerment with symbolic reminders of strength and resilience. We serve young women ages 12–25 through summer intensives, six-month mentorship cohorts, and community engagement opportunities. Our vision is to create generational impact by equipping women with the confidence, knowledge, and network to succeed in all areas of life.

Strut to Success, Inc. empowers women and girls to step boldly into every stage of life. Through mentorship, leadership development, and confidence-building programs, we provide the tools, resources, and support needed to help participants thrive personally, academically, and professionally. Our programs include structured mentorship cohorts, skill-building workshops, community service projects, and events that foster sisterhood, empowerment, and long-term growth.
