High School Summer Internship at Wondercamp

Wondercamp Interns

The internship program is open to students entering grades 9-12 or home school equivalent. Graduating seniors may apply. Interns will be trained and supervised by museum staff. 

Duties: Interns will assist at WonderLab's summer camps, 

Times: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday). 

Our preference is that interns work the entire day (8:00 am - 5:00 pm),
but we can accommodate half-day internships (8:00 am - 1:00 pm & 12:30 - 5:00 pm) for camps held at University Elementary School.

Session Dates & Locations:

  • June 5-9:    WTIU
  • June 12-16: University School
  • June 12-16: WTIU
  • June 19-23: University School
  • June 26-30: University School
  • July 10-14:  University School
  • July 17-21:  Bloomington Cooking School
  • July 24-28:  Bloomington Cooking School


Interns must attend one of these trainings:

Thursday, June 8 OR Wednesday, June 12

Both sessions will be from 5:00 - 6:30 pm at University Elementary School.

Each intern will receive a certificate upon successful completion of his/her internship.
